Publication Charges

Kabarak Law Review is committed to promoting accessible and high-quality legal scholarship. In line with this commitment, we do not charge any submission or publication fees to authors. All manuscripts are reviewed and published free of charge, and authors are not required to pay any processing or editorial costs at any stage of the publication process.

While publication is free, we encourage readers and institutions to support the journal by purchasing physical copies. This helps sustain the journal's operations and contributes to the growth of academic publishing in Kenya and the region.

The journal is published by Kabarak University Press, the official publishing arm of Kabarak University, which upholds the highest standards of academic integrity, peer review, and editorial rigour.
